For service businesses run by their owners

Your business
runs through you.
That’s the
bottleneck.

Cronveo finds where calls, quotes and decisions wait on you, then builds the systems that clear them.

For service businesses with 2–30 people.

Common signs

Most busy weeks come from
how the work moves.

Look at who owns each step, what waits for your approval, and where a lead goes after the first call.

01

The phone rings while everyone is on a job.

Calls go to voicemail, and following up becomes one more thing to remember.

02

The next step lives in your head.

The team knows the work. But quoting, scheduling, and routine decisions still wait for you.

03

Quotes go out when you finally have time.

A ready customer waits while you finish the work already in front of you.

04

The same question interrupts you again.

Your team asks you first because no one ever wrote down the rules.

05

The lead disappears between two tools.

Intake happens in one place. Follow-up happens somewhere else. Nobody owns the handoff.

06

You pay for software the team works around.

Each tool says something different, and some you pay for never get used.

The cost of being the connection

When every decision waits for you,
so does the business.

Response times slip. Quotes stall. Customers chase updates. Your team waits for permission when they could be moving the work forward.

The business can only do as much as you have time for. Time off gets hard, and more work means more decisions for you.

Every missed call costs you money. Count last month’s calls that went to voicemail. If one was a job you would have won, that job is what the missed call cost you.

How it works

Fix the process first,
then speed it up.

If the process is messy, automation makes the mess faster. So we fix the process first.

01

Audit

Map how work moves today. Find the delays, repeated effort, and decisions that depend on you.

02

Systemize

Simplify the steps. Give each handoff an owner and each routine decision a clear rule.

YOU GETA process the team can follow
03

Automate

Take repetition off the team’s plate once the process is stable. Keep people in charge of exceptions.

Step 1 is the Operations Audit. The roadmap lands five business days after Charles has your data. Your team can do steps 2 and 3 from the roadmap, or we quote them after the audit.

More about Charles

What clients say

Charles redesigned our lead intake process and helped eliminate one of the biggest bottlenecks in our business. We can now handle roughly 10X the lead volume we could previously.
Mark L., Absolute Properties
Cronveo completely changed how I use AI. What had been an occasional tool is now part of my everyday workflow, and the improvement in my productivity has been substantial.
Bert S., Manager, 11Up
Cronveo helped us bring structure and clarity to a difficult hiring decision. We now have a much better process for identifying the person we actually need instead of simply trying to fill a position.

What we build

Built for the work
in front of you.

Sometimes the answer is a better handoff or a tool you already own. The audit decides what gets built.

01 /

Capture the opportunity

An AI receptionist, the right questions, and follow-up, so every new lead has a next step.

02 /

Keep the work moving

Scheduling, CRM setup, approvals, and handoffs, built around how your team works.

03 /

See what needs attention

Connected systems and practical reporting, so someone knows where each lead, job, and request stands.

04 /

Fix the front door

A website and content, when the audit shows that’s where things get stuck.

One possible solution

The phone still gets answered
when you’re out working.

An AI receptionist can answer, disclose that it is automated, ask your intake questions, and book against real availability. Exceptions go to a person.

We set it up for your business before it takes a call. It works by phone, text, and website chat.

Before we talk

Common questions

What does the Operations Audit produce?

A written map of how your business runs, a ranked list of what slows it down and what each problem costs, and a fix for each one. You also learn how much work each fix takes, what order to do them in, and what’s worth automating. Then we walk through it together on a call.

How long does the audit take?

Five business days from the day Charles has your data. The paid audit includes a 90-minute discovery session. That’s separate from the free 20-minute call where we decide if an audit makes sense.

Do I have to hire Cronveo to build the fixes?

No. The roadmap is yours to use with your own team, another company, or Cronveo. If you want us to build the fixes, we quote that separately after the audit.

How is this different from a marketing agency?

The audit comes first, and it decides what gets built, if anything. It has one fixed fee and no monthly contract. You keep the written roadmap whether or not you hire us.

Do I have to buy the AI receptionist?

No. It’s one possible fix. If calls aren’t what’s slowing you down, the audit will focus on what is.

What types of businesses are a fit?

Service businesses with about 2 to 30 people, where the owner is still hands-on. The work repeats, and you can see time or money slipping away. That includes home services, trades, clinics, practices that run on appointments, professional services, and field services.

Can you work with the software we already use?

Yes, where it fits. The audit looks at the tools you already have. A better process or better setup may solve the problem without buying new software.

What happens on the discovery call?

In about 20 minutes, you describe how a normal job moves from first contact to payment and where you still get involved. You don’t need to prepare anything. Charles helps figure out if there’s a real problem to solve, and tells you if an audit isn’t the right next step. You don’t have to go any further.

How much does it cost?

The Operations Audit costs a fixed $997, and we agree on the scope before we start. We quote building the fixes separately, after the audit. The discovery call is free.

Does automation replace people on my team?

The goal is to take away repeat work and unclear handoffs, so your team spends more time on work that needs a person. It isn’t advice to cut staff, and people still make the judgment calls.

What happens when something falls outside the rules?

Anything unusual needs a clear path to a person. Before we automate anything, we decide what the system can do, when it must stop and flag it, who gets the issue, and what they need to know.

What do you need from me to start?

We need some basic information about how your business runs. We also want to hear what takes up your time.
