Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
This site is operated by Cronveo ("Cronveo", "we", "us"). You can reach us at info@cronveo.com or 3130 Grant Lakes Boulevard, Suite 19394, Sugar Land, TX 77496.
2. What this policy covers
This policy explains what we collect from visitors to this website and what we do with it. It does not cover the AI reception service we operate for business clients. If you called a business that uses our service and want to know how that call was handled, contact that business directly — they decide what is collected and how long it is kept, and our agreement with them governs it.
3. What we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact and inquiry details you submit through a form on this site: name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in a message field.
- Details you provide when booking a call, including the information our scheduling provider needs to confirm the appointment.
Information collected automatically:
- Standard technical data your browser sends: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view on this site.
- Cookies and similar technologies used to operate the site, remember your session, and measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and this site is not directed to children.
4. Phone and text messages
If you give us your phone number and check the consent box on a form, you agree we may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your inquiry. We use your phone number to reply to what you asked us, to confirm and remind you about a call you booked with us, and to answer questions while we are working out whether we can help. We do not send marketing text messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email us at info@cronveo.com to be removed. Consenting to contact is not a condition of buying anything from us.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf, and they may not use it for anything else.
5. How we use what we collect
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a call.
- To provide the services you ask us about, and to prepare a proposal.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To keep records of consent and communication, and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
6. Who we share it with
We share information with service providers who operate parts of this business on our behalf — website and CRM hosting, scheduling, email and text delivery, and analytics. They may only use it to provide those services to us, and not for their own purposes.
Text messages are delivered through a third-party messaging provider, and your phone number and the content of those messages pass through that provider so it can deliver them. That is the only reason it receives them.
We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the security of our systems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and longer where a legal, tax, or record-keeping obligation requires it — for example, records of consent to be contacted. When it is no longer needed for any of those purposes, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- correct it if it is wrong,
- delete it,
- give you a copy in a portable format, or
- stop contacting you.
Email info@cronveo.com and tell us what you want. We will respond within the time the law allows. We may need to verify who you are before we act, and we will not treat you differently for making a request.
If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response and saying you are appealing. We will review it and tell you the outcome, and if we still decline we will explain why and tell you how to raise it with your state's attorney general.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Other sites
This site may link to sites we do not control. This policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their practices.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on this page.
