Twenty minutes. A clearer next step.
Charles calls you. You leave knowing the bottleneck he would look at first, and whether an Operations Audit is the right next step.
What to expect
You leave with
a clear answer.
- An honest view of where your time is going.
- The bottleneck Charles would investigate first, and why.
- A clear sense of whether there is something worth fixing.
There’s nothing to prepare. You leave knowing whether an Operations Audit is the right next step. If it isn’t, Charles says so, and you don’t have to go any further.
The paid audit is a separate engagement with its own 90-minute discovery session.
What clients say
Charles redesigned our lead intake process and helped eliminate one of the biggest bottlenecks in our business. We can now handle roughly 10X the lead volume we could previously.

Common questions
Do I have to hire Cronveo to build the fixes?
No. The roadmap is yours to use with your own team, another company, or Cronveo. If you want us to build the fixes, we quote that separately after the audit.
What happens on the discovery call?
In about 20 minutes, you describe how a normal job moves from first contact to payment and where you still get involved. You don’t need to prepare anything. Charles helps figure out if there’s a real problem to solve, and tells you if an audit isn’t the right next step. You don’t have to go any further.
How much does it cost?
The Operations Audit costs a fixed $997, and we agree on the scope before we start. We quote building the fixes separately, after the audit. The discovery call is free.
Tell it a little about your business. It asks a few questions and books a discovery call with Charles at an open time on his calendar.
